Experienced DSL V1 Training Online 16 January 2025

This is a training session for those designated safeguarding leads who have been in role for 2 years or more and need to update their training in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education.

This training is a live online Zoom session and is for those designated safeguarding leads who have never previously done this training with us before. If you have already attended this session and you are approaching your 2 yearly training requirement, look for our other Experienced DSL Training versions.

 This training would be classed as level 3

KCSIE – The designated safeguarding lead (and any deputies) should undergo training to provide them with the knowledge and skills required to carry out the role. This training should be updated at least every two years. 

This course is certified by the CPD Certification Service.
